Home remedies to treat blackheads



1. Coriander and Turmeric powder


Prepare a paste from coriander leaves and strain the liquid. Add turmeric to the coriander juice and mix it; leave it on the face for 30 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Do it every night.

2. Besan and almonds paste


This treatment is recommended for the nose. Prepare a scrub with almonds and besan powder and use it to get rid of blackheads.

3. Baking soda


Make a paste of baking soda and water and apply to the area for 25 minutes. Wash it off with warm water to get rid of blackheads. Do a test patch, especially if you have sensitive skin.

4. Honey


Honey is also considered one of the best ingredients for skincare, either as a facial pack or mask. So apply honey on your face to get rid of blackheads.

5. Coffee face scrub


Besides removing the dead skin, it adds moisture to your skin, making it soft and smooth. Take one fourth cup of ground coffee and sugar and mix them together. Add two teaspoons of virgin olive oil and three vitamin E capsules. Apply on your face and scrub away.

6. Gram flour


Mix some gram flour with rose water and scrub it on your face for about twenty minutes. You will see an instant difference.

7. Egg white scrub


Mix egg white with two tablespoons of honey. Then apply it on your face and wash when the scrub has dried. Repeat the process thrice a week and watch the blackheads disappear.

8. Tomato face scrub


Take two tablespoons of tomato juice and add half a teaspoon of sugar to it. Scrub your face with this mixture for about three to four minutes and then leave it till it dries. Then wash it off.

9. Nutmeg


In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of nutmeg powder and a two tablespoon of milk. Mix and apply on your face directly.

10. Lemon


Squeeze out a few drops of lemon juice in a bowl, along with salt and mix well. Now, wash your face with warm water, and apply the lemon and salt mixture to the affected area. Keep it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off.
